If the item is not in stock we will contact you with the estimated delivery date. PayPal charges are processed immediately. Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards will be charged at the time of shipment. Our standard shipping method is First Class Mail via U.S. Postal Service. Your merchandise should be received within 3-7 business days. Premium delivery service is available at time of check out. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Arizona. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. Return Policy: General Returns: Merchandise can be returned within thirty (30) days of your receipt of your order. Defective Merchandise: If your merchandise is defective, damaged in shipment, or there is a discrepancy in your order, claims must be made within (seven) 7 days of your receipt of your order. These items will be replaced or refunded. If replaced, there will be no additional shipping charges. Approval: Returns must be approved. Please email or call to receive authorization. Unauthorized returns will be shipped back to you. Original, Unused Merchandise: All return merchandise must be returned in its original and unused condition, sent with a copy of your original receipt, and properly packed for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Gift Certificates: If you receive a Gift Certificate you are entitled to receive merchandise equal to the amount specified on the certificate. Recipient pays shipping charges. Shipping Charges: The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is because of defective or damaged merchandise, or because of our error. You are responsible for shipping charges for returns. Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange, you will be charged a new shipping fee. Free Shipping Offer: If you were offered free shipping based on the total order, and your return falls below the amount offered to you at free shipping, you will be charged shipping costs for your original order. Free Gift: If we have offered a free gift with purchase and your total return falls below the minimum requirement for the free gift, we will deduct the value of the gift from your refund. Total Order Discount: If you were offered a discount based on the total order, and your return falls below the amount offered at a discount, you will be charged our regular shipping costs. Shipping Method: For your protection, ship the return merchandise via insured USPS (United States Postal Service) and request a Delivery Confirmation Receipt, or ship UPS (United Parcel Service) and request a tracking number. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your replacement or refund. Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that are being returned or any items shipped by untraceable methods. Sales Items: Sale items are final. No returns. No refunds. Earrings: No returns or refunds will be issued for pierced earrings for sanitary reasons. Packaging and Mailing: Please do not send packages without approval. Box 11214 Chandler, AZ 85248 Orders – Additions, Cancellations: Add to an Existing Order: We will add to an existing order if your original order has not shipped. Otherwise it will be processed as a new order with applicable shipping charges. Cancellation: Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you must cancel the order after it has shipped you are responsible for the shipping and merchandise charges until that merchandise has been returned to us. See our return policy. Merchandise Availability: Merchandise on our site is available while supplies last. However, we will make every effort to keep a sufficient supply of merchandise listed on our web site. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you. Inaccurate Information: We will provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information possible. However, we are not responsible for misprints, omissions, billing or typographical errors. We may need to change, delete or update content without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review our site periodically for any modification to our terms and conditions. Technical Problems: In the unlikely event that we encounter technical problems, we are not responsible for unprocessed orders. Payment: Fantasy Jewelry Boutique accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit card options. Payments with PayPal are securely processed immediately at the time of your online order. Payments with Visa, MasterCard or Discover are securely processed at the time of shipment. We do not accept money orders, personal checks or cash. No COD orders. We do not accept international orders at this time. Taxes: State law requires that online merchants collect sales tax in the state in which the company resides. Fantasy Jewelry Boutique is a resident in Arizona, so we are required to charge sales tax for items shipped in the state of Arizona. Privacy: We do not rent, sell, exchange or disclose your personal data or use it for any purposes other than to process your order and notify you of new products, sales, and special events. All credit information you supply is protected and transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our database to be only accessed as stated above. Your personal information is strictly confidential. Third party is restricted to PayPal through our secured system if PayPal is processing your credit card payment.
